TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A Single DANCE INSTITUTE / SCHOOL / GURU has the opportunity / chance for their students to perform in
  • 1 Solo Dance (single song / 1 ITEM) or 1 Duet (single song / item). In OUT STATION events NO "TRIO".
  • 1 or 2 GROUPS (Minimum 6 Members & single song / 1 ITEM)
• AGENDA: All Artists are given a chance to perform. Please wait patiently for your turn to showcase your art form of performance (DANCE/SINGING/MUSIC INSTRUMENTS). IT’S NOT A COMPETITION.
• NIVEDANA Amount:
  • 2,516/- for SOLO
  • Duet: 2001/-
  • GROUP (6 minimum - Rs. 500/- per member till 30-7-2024; with fine - till 01 to 10-8-2024 Rs. 750/-; Thereafter TATKAL - Rs. 1000/-)
  More members wanting to utilize / participate, please divide into respective number of groups accordingly.
• SONG ITEM NAME, Performance RUN TIME has to be submitted in the Registration form compulsorily.
• Number of parents, others attending along with the performer has to be informed (approximately at least). Please tell us & collect the GUEST IDENTITY CARD & it is mandatory for them to wear/display during the event premises/campus.
• Participants should make their own arrangements for boarding/lodging at outstation & for make-up & costumes.
  • From our side, it's HELP, if intimated before. Makeup @ 500/- per head will be arranged.
  • Costumes - No color choice. Minimum 6 ornaments. Size (chest/waist/length) can be done. If unsatisfactory, as third-party services in the last minute don’t blame us. Be sportive enough to perform and don’t reflect on the act of performance art.
• Time Slot:
  • 5 to 6 minutes for SOLO / DUET / TRIO.
  • 4 to 5 minutes for Groups (minimum 6 members).
• Registration (NIVEDANA AMOUNT) may be paid by Gpay or PhonePe to 9866716555 (Vidhya Education Services).

• Original copy of the filled registration form, which was sent by WhatsApp, participant has to submit when they attend the program and on remittance the exact timings of stage act allotted will be given. PLEASE CHECK IN BEFORE TIME / IN ADVANCE and CHECK OUT AFTER ‘MANGALAM’.
• On arrival, please immediately report to Mr. Surabhi Rayalu Garu - 9440480543 or Prajapati Team - 7901400222. Collect coupons, ID cards, sign attendance sheet, etc.
